HARVEST REPORTS and GAME SIGHTING REPORTS

Maintaining accurate records of game harvested and sighted is an important management practice that allows the measurement of wildlife populations. It also can help in determining the value of a hunting lease and the amount of hunters that can be supported by that property. 

B BAR L leases land from landowners like yourself and then allows their members to access your property for hunting.  After every hunt B BAR L's members are required to submit a Harvest Report through our on-line Reservation System within 48 hours! 
LEASING OPTIONS

Leases may be for as short or as long as you, the landower would like.  Every farm is different and therefore every lease is different.  B BAR L will be glad to tailor a lease that fits you perfectly.  If you want to do an exclusive lease with us for just the Spring Turkey Season or for 10 years, we can do it!  If you just want to lease the Duck and Goose hunting to us, you may.  Although our preference is for the exclusive rights to hunt on your land, we are easy to get along with.  So, if you need to be able to still hunt your own land, you can.  You name it, we can do it! 
REVENUE STREAM

Revenue generation from fee hunting depends on the quality and quanity of the wildlife on the land.  Sometimes location and providing exclusive access for a select group can increase the value of a lease.  In most cases, the landowner will generate more revenue if the level of commitment to the lease as a business is increased.   Don't give away your hunting rights!  We still find landowners giving away their hunting rights to strangers that knock on the door, friends, relatives, or neighbors.  Why?  From our prospective, landowners that want maximum return from their land should consider the value of hunting before giving it away!
